Privacy Policy

How we handle your data.

HCI is built on the assumption that the information you share with us is among the most sensitive you will ever disclose. This page explains what we collect, how it is stored, and who can access it.

What we collect.

For prospective members: contact information (name, email, jurisdiction) provided through the consultation request form.

For active members: identity and estate-planning information required to execute the Scientific Anatomical Gift Directive and SST standby contract. Tier 2 and Tier 3 members additionally provide preference documentation for the Bespoke Virtual Habitat consultation.

How it is stored.

All member records are stored in encrypted form, with access restricted to the founders, the Patient Care Trust board, and the Tomorrow Biostasis network partner handling your SST contract.

No third-party advertising. No data sharing with research institutions beyond what is required by the anatomical gift framework.

Retention.

Member records are retained for the duration of the preservation mandate and the legal lifetime of the Patient Care Trust. Preference documentation (Tier 2 and Tier 3) is preserved alongside the biological asset, to be referenced when and if emulation technology matures.

This is a summary of the full privacy policy. The legally binding document is provided to all members at the time of membership activation. For questions, contact privacy@hci.institute.
