We do not believe in making promises that science has not yet earned the right to make. The science of Aldehyde-Stabilized Cryopreservation is peer-reviewed, independently verified by the Brain Preservation Foundation, and executed by a protocol that has demonstrated near-perfect synaptic preservation at the mammalian scale.
What comes after — the scanning, the reconstruction, the emulation — belongs to future science. We will not speculate about it. We will prepare for it.

How the structure is built to outlast us.
HCI operates through the framework of scientific anatomical gift legislation, which allows individuals to donate their post-mortem tissue for research purposes. This legal mechanism exists across most EU member states, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
All preservation services are structured as Scientific Anatomical Gift & Brain Donation Directives under applicable anatomical gift legislation — explicitly not medical services. Cross-border transport to permissive preservation jurisdictions (Switzerland, UK) is handled under standard international corpse transit permits.
The Patient Care Trust is a Swiss Stiftung (foundation) with a legally independent board of trustees. Its mandate is to protect the biological assets regardless of what happens to the operating foundation. At a conservative 4% real return, the endowment is structured to cover centuries of storage without additional funding.
